Title: Exams again!!
Alright its the time of the year again.. Undergrads mugging their way to the examination halls in hope of achieving that desired grade of theirs.. I'm posting my wishes for this semester modules..
AA101 Principles of Accounting
My wish: B
AB102 Financial Management
My wish: A-
AB107 Business Law
My wish: B
AB113 Information Technology
My wish: A-
HS804 Sex Death and other Social Processes
My wish: B-
The reason for a B in AA101 is because i am totally struggling in that subject.. I do not really understand some of the workings and the how to get about doing the question and its my first paper for this exams.. Let's hope that it will not spoil my mood for the rest of my papers.. The reason for a A- in AB102 is because I intend to specialise in Banking and Finance so that module is a gauge to my ability in doing that specialisation so its very important.. Anyway i will talk more about my specialisation later.. A B for AB107 should be quite reasonable but that will depend on what i am getting for my 20% assignment on Monday.. AB113, an A- is something i am looking forward to, i think its manageable and the only difficult problem could be the drawing of ER diagrams but i can be wrong so I will work hard for that.. Lastly, a B- for my elective.. I thought i could do well for this module because firstly I have attended all the lectures and responded well to her assignments.. To my shock, i failed my first quiz but with credible results in my essays and i failed my second quiz which is all MCQs.. Thus, i'm hoping for a B- and hope that it will not pull down my GPA..
Let's hope that my wishes come true!! Pray hard for me please!! Thanks!!
Let's talk about my specialisation.. before I came into NTU, i was so determined to study in Business with a specialisation in Banking and Finance because my interest was there.. After almost a year of studies.. I think i need to rethink about what and where i want to go in the future.. I have been trying hard to think deep and see what's my interest.. I'm afraid of making a mistake in my specialisation and i do not have the passion and interest which could affect my studies and my grades.. Do i really like figures and doing math?? I agree that the finance sector is where the money lies, and i need the money for personal reasons.. But i'm always a firm believer in doing something which you have the interest and the willingness to do so.. If not, you are just wasting your time and going through the motions.. Thus, i have decided to leave it to the very last moment before i make my choices.. It's going to be tough..
Lastly, i will be going back to Fossil to work during the first two months of my summer holidays.. I need the money and i will be back in hall to finish up my FOC committments before the new term starts again..
That's all folks!!
