Title: Some thoughts
Its been roughly about 3 weeks since the turn of the new year.. School has started but i still do not get that mugger feeling yet.. I'm not sure what's wrong but i need to correct it asap before its too late.. I cant imagine my mum's expressions if she knows that i didnt do well in any of my semester.. *touch wood* Let's hope this isn't going to happen at all..
I've been rather busy with my hall committees - FOC & SP.. Deadlines are approaching and a number of proposals to be submitted.. Somehow or rather, there are some reservations on my part, i'm quite disappointed about how the structure is going about. This could be partly due to my experience in the Army because i was at the helm before and i'm accustomed to that particular way of working. I mean i'm not trying to put blame on others but i guess i need some time to get adjusted to this current way of command and control.. Maybe my way of working may not fit into this context but what i feel is all organizations have a similiar backbone of getting things done in a proper chain of command..
Rest assured that i'm fully committed in getting things done because that's my philosophy of doing things to the best of my capabilities.. Even though i may think that this particular way of doing things should be better but i'll shall listen to what others have to say, after all they have the experience and the tried and trusted methods.. Ultimately we should work as a team, a team comprises of 4 or more persons not just 1-2 persons.. If we have been put together as a team, we should help out one another and make sure everybody share the happiness, tiredness and other intangible stuffs together.. Then that's what i call working as a team..
I just hope that we as a team will slug it out and see this whole project through.. All the best to us!!
