Title: Migration
Today was the pilot user migration for my unit personnel.. supposed to be me la.. but i did not have a workin tsation to myself so cant do it.. too bad.. the Migration is going to start next Monday morning onwards.. today the NCS guy was telling me that our unit got 34 PCs plus 50++ users.. all can do so by the end of the day.. because he's brining down lots of manpower.. hopefully man.. really dun wish to have any hiccups here and there.. i mean i have been sending out emails and publishing on the RO whats happening.. what are the things to do.. what are the things to look out for since last week.. if on Monday itself they are not there.. i'm sorry.. u r being left out lor.. i cant be monitoring everyone in the unit mah.. my job is to faclitate not to do it for them personally.. its their responsibility to do so.. these new workstations for ur comfort and to assist ur job also.. at least show a bit of interest in this lor.. if not they will keep coming to me to complain this n that.. lousy PCs la.. now they are brand new ones.. with better processors.. so appreciate them and do ur part.. to have a smooth migration lor..
Enough of this.. i just checked my passport expired liao.. going to renew it asap.. so that it can aid fred's preparation for the booking of tickets.. things like that.. hehe.. Hong Kong here i come!! haha... but this week damn busy leh.. dunno where got time to go down n do it.. today suddenly the pilot user's new card was not with him.. not with me.. everybody was looking around for ans.. haiz.. in the end found out the card is CMPB there.. admin lapse.. haiz.. no choice.. they go over to their side to do the pilot for the other side 1st.. while i go over to CMPB there to collect.. nobody told me lor.. haiz.. luckily my RSM kind enough to lend me his GP car and a driver.. so manage to go over there take the things and come back for the afternoon session.. haha.. in the end happy ending la.. the pilot user manage to sue the new computer.. everything was working perfectly.. everyone's happy.. how i wish this is goin to happen next monday.. so i can go for my holidays after that.. in a relax mood.. haha.. all things ends well!!
These few days realli very tired.. dunno whats wrong leh.. and 1 more thing, my eyes are hurting again.. haiz.. seriously dunno whats wrong with them.. now as i type they are quite painful actually.. put eye drops le.. hopefully its ok by tomorrow morning.. sighz~ i shall stop here for now.. cheers~
