Title: Eye check
Finally went for my eye check today at the National Eye Centre.. but i was late as usual.. supposed to be 9am for appointment i woke up late so no choice call up to postpone to 10am.. but the taxi driver thought i was going to skin centre so wrong way... haiz.. in tje end reach the place around 1030am liao.. went up register and waited before some tests... the place filled up with senior citizens and some middle-aged people so i was thinking i'm like out of place.. but what to do.. my eyes very important to me.. so have to see whats wrong with them..
Went in and the Doctor was quite fierce, i think because today too many patients and its close to lunch time and she still has alot patients so in a bad mood.. She was asking what kind of eye drops did my GP prescribe for me so i said i did not bring along.. nobody does that mah.. then she says this is not something that can be taught in sch la.. says that common sense should know that i should bring along so that she can see what it is.. but seriously i do not know about this at all.. alot of meanings in her words.. saying i lack common sense.. anyway she says my eyes could be allegic to my contact lens or the solutions and it is rejecting them and some bumps at the underlid of my eyes.. so she says no more contact lens.. if it heals, i may change to dailies so less hassle on the cleaning part.. but she says right now is a NONO.. so every hour i must apply some drops to my eyes...
I have to go back for a review in 2 weeks time.. haiz.. waste $$ again liao.. this consultation costs me 65 bucks.. the medicine.. it was 79 bucks worth of eye drops solutions.. Incredible!!! but i did not pay a single cent.. they saw my Smart card and says it will deduct from the medical fund or something like that..so every hour must put eye drops.. everyday 3 times must apply another kind of eye drops.. so everyday 4 times i will be applying 3 different types of eye drops... plus before i go to bed i must apply eye gel.. haiz.. see its lesson for the others to take care of your eyes.. they are very important assets to you..
Anyway saw Arsenal game last night.. it was Fantanstic.. finally they found their flow and style of play.. thats the typical Arsenal i used to see week in week out.. Tomorrow supposed to go for run.. luckily got MC for 2 days.. can rest at home.. do some work also.. Saw the channel U's superstars yesterday.. haha.. the male n female contestants were there.. i did not watch the show every week so some of them i also dunno who.. but the Kelvin and Kelly were not there.. haha.. so it was a pity.. shall stop here for now.. need to go apply eye drops again.. haiz.. just wish that my myopia isnt that high at all..
